hi, my gilera runner 70 with a doppler 70's kit, open air filter and pm59 exhaust is running on a 99 jet, however it is bogging. does anyone no what size jet i should change this to or could this be down to something else.

since i purchased it i have fitted a primary gear kit, since then it is bogging.

Thanks

With a standard carb? That jet size sounds huge.

Read and follow both our carb and roller guides. It could be a mixture of both as rollers also give the feeling of bogging.

i have found out the stuff......for this setup.....i got a polini hi speed variator, 70's kit, 21mm carb, mini pm59 exhaust and a polini primary gear kit...it has a 97 jet in it at the moment.

That's still huge. I have a feeling your rollers are way off and it's causing the bogging so you are misinterpreting it as jetting.

its got mixed rollers of 5.5 and 6.5
