First pics from the day I picked up an Aerox I purchased . Stripped of its busted up plastics , and the moment my wife christened it " General Grievous " after the character from Star Wars . The concept of a half Naked build is brewing New parts start to arrive The fun begins . Ken
Repurposed some handlebars as foot pegs . Mounted the front fairing so that it turns with and is conected to the handlebars / triple tree instead of the usual solid mounted to frame setup . That now completes the bodywork / fairing set up . Ken
Thanks for the kind words . I agree the engine doesnt look great unpainted , but the plan is to get the General moving and Blasting around the streets with the current engine while the second engine from my parts bike is being built up with some real performance in mind . That engine will get the full paint treatment . Ken
The standard 50cc cylinder , has been swapped for a 70cc Malossi cast cylinder that hasnt done much work and will work fine until the second engine is completed . The carb and exhaust are bolted back on . And the painted transmission cover and new kickstart are added . Ken
