we'll fit it tomorrow we just need to take the clutch off i think we need a spanner to jam it so that we can undo the nut.

hmm... i wouldent give it a go if you dont know what your doing... verry high rpm on the clutch an if you get anything wrong it will be a completly dead engine

need a prees to press the gears on to the old shaft i think.
unless they stage 6 ready presssed geas but doubt it.

yup, you have to unpress the old gear and press the new one in place that "cog" you were talking about is what needs pressing.
