As promised. The engine was boring! Plus bearing failure for the second time so stripped it down no im goin in a completely different direction, power power power! Chemical metal'd all that was needed. Then got some PROPER work done on the cases, ive had ALOT of help with this so far Matched up my manifold, and modded the reedblock too Got a 28mm to play with for now and an exhaust soon MHR-Rep barrel but that isn't gona be for long, already got the exhaust shape sorted standard olive fit stub match but made it even better now still need gear-up and exhaust, so if anyones got something for sale that will MATCH the current specs then lemme no Cheers to Minor for ALL the info and help
Hmmm ye i got up nice and early and started on my barrel 3ish hours work left me with this 1 2 This gasket shows how wide my cases are so a near enough match already
LOL @ rhys's old case.... bare times that piucs been posted on ALLSORTS of sites... as for the port reshape's.. NO NO NO there all shit old technologey... not utalizing blowdown witch is crutial for high revving expantion chambers (in other words it needs to be none of the above to match a decent pipe ) keep it up alex.. do the other side and ill push out the corners/devider for you.. as for anyone askin him for work done thinkin they will get it cheap, think again.. LOL he's only doin this under supervission LMAO
To add the parts list - Electric Waterpump CDI springs oh and pushed the transfers even wider and matched the case still need gear ups, exhaust, manifold, torque drive and some setup bits like belt, rollers, jets, reeds, gasket set
