wouldent know the diff... im only sayin 200 gears as your gonna have the 200 cylinder. so the rest of the bike should be 200 spec.

agreeing with minor, that if you want the 200 cylinder then you should get the rest 200 spec.
however ive got the malossi 210 which is 9cc/10cc more and ive kept it at standard 125 setup (gears, cdi etc) so you probably wont need to change anything else.

the only thing im thinking of is the 125 cdi limits to 10k rpm and the 200 cdi is roughly 8k rpm so obviously dont go crazy flat out everywhere on it as it may be too much, much like any other bigger bore kit on any other bike.

only thing is when you put the 200 on, make sure you correct the timing, turn in idle screw (one with a spring on) by 1/4 (or it WILL stall at lights, which is very annoying lol), and put in a 118 main jet. take it easy for the first few miles to wear it in aswell.

brand new gasket set wouldn't go a miss either if you haven't already got one.
torque settings for cylinder stud nuts are 24nm.
make sure your piston circlips are in properly.
    same for piston rings.
and get a new spark plug so you can see if it is running rich or lean or perfect.

if you read what i wrote, nothing, just the cylinder, main jet, turn the idle screw in 1/4 of a turn if it stalls.
if you do change the gears it will be a 200 geared as a 200, if not it will be a 200 geared as a 125, either is not a problem.
i have a 210 and 125 gears are fine for me, doesnt overrev, no massive wheelys on pull off, just more overall speed / performance than a 125.
