do you need a full license or not? as im banned atm but i get my provisional back in a few weeks?

 

Saturday 22nd and sunday 23rd August, looks like a good weekend for all of us to go pod, but being august its gonna be packed, but on the plus side it should be nice and warm.

And also anyone rekon i could get away with running my bike on the strip with no headlight + panels? i'd move my petrol tank under the seat btw aswell

nice, get an auto, i was gonna get a mx but you might aswell get a bigger bike if ur gonna go down that route

You dont need a full license to run, if your road legal (eg provisional and cbt or full car license on a bike with L plates) then you can run. basically if your license entitles to ride your vehicle legally on the road then you can run the strip.
You dont need an MOT or tax or working lights to run your vehicle on a RWYB as there is no scrutineering (Straightliners events are different and they will check your ride) but for your own safety and the sake of others dont have a scoot lashed together with gaffer tape and bungee straps! arc: make sure it`ll at least get to the end of the strip without falling apart Lol!

On a serious note I used to run Blue Dwarf with no front brake at all (no disc/caliper etc) for a year or two at the Pod on RWYB and only fitted a front brake to pass scrutineering for the Straigtliners events there.

im definitly on this, but someone needs to organise a date so we can book up if need be and make all the arrangements!!!!!!!!

gonna run my boat with fuck all fairing, and a smaller different tank under the seat, try and save as much weight as possible cos ive put on loads over xmas :emb:
