and i made today at work then cooked at home was a warfedale greek lamb cushion with rosemary threaded trough and roast tatties with rosemary and best thing is it was free cos i got it all at work lol
and seens as its food ish i boned out a fore of beef and 6 lambs and baked loads of pies and pastys,scones,fagots and made some burgers today.
also been playing with different types of bacon at work this week ive made a honey and spice bacon and some nice smoked belly and possibly the best plain bacon that ive ever tasted in my life

 

^^^ wrap some of that up in a ice pack and send it down!! the thought of the belly is making me hungry!

my mum makes the best yorkshires. end of. nicest food in the world has to be a nice piece of kobe beef steak, cooked medium rare, and proper homemade chips. washed down with a nice pint of asahi premium dry lager
