Fitting a digital temp gauge

I'm looking at fitting a digital temp gauge just to keep a eye on engine temp whilst riding how easy is it to wire one up to a typhoon 125

 

As long as you can get to the plug one of these will do a good job.
I have one on my C90 to keep an eye on the cylinder head temp.

Just make sure you get the right size to suit your plug.

 

Not obvious how those attach to the engine. The bottom one only goes to 120 so coolant only.
