first ever sr172r!

    the current SR 172Rs are stocker 125s with the R plastics shoehorned on.

    and if you do decide to use a runner engine bear in mind the runner loom is alot shorter and will not to be extended

    all the sr boys on here and there still aint one decently tuned sr 125 lump..im talking a sr125 with an sr125 engine...quite suprising really..the reason i didnt bother with my sr was because u cant get a decent pipe

    A) concepts sig.
    B) modified subframes are GOOD.

    depends on what you call a decent pipe, there are more out there than you think, and modding the subframe like swift said isnt too hard to do

    but still the amount of sr owners on here and i still havent seen one with a decent set up..i know moneys an object etc etc but theres so many people on here with great wisdom on the bikes that aint producing nothing..which is a shame because u dont see that many decent set up sr 172s
    the best sr ive seen on this forum or in the uk was probs tweaks rossi rep

    and that was a standard 125 with just a small ammount of port work (which in case you didnt know is the engine that's in his current SR)
