^^ nicer way of putting what i said

you cant drive but you want to drift because you watched the fast and the furious one too many times.

Get a nice looking bag-o-shite for the forst 12 months because as its your first car you still have a lot to learn and chances are youre going to scratch it up, have a few fender benders or if everything really does go the shape of the pear...write it off completely.

I think the reason so many young drivers crash nowadays is bacause of power steering. It fools you into thinking yur car handles better than it actually does. Personally I hate power-steering, i like to have a good sensation of feeling what my car is doing when I drive.

If you want a nippy car that dont look too bad and is easy to drive i would recommend a citroen ax-gt. Fast little fuckers, cheap to run, easy to park and they wont break the bank. I've had 2 of them.

    Get a Vauxhall Agila

Cheap to run, will touch 90 (on the clock) 45MPG, and no one will look at you twice. I've got one. Sopmetimes it's useful to look like a sensible old cunt.

yup true, i dont understand how u can get a bmw e30 etc! insurance will still be sky high for one of them mate trust me! even people saying classic insurance like capri or a 2litre mondeo! unless the car is stupidly high your insurance will rocket! Want to drift!? by a car. DONT use it on the road, just make a track car, proper drift car! go to a track and your sorted! i doubt ull drift much on the open road anyway cause the second u do you'll write the car off nd probably take alot with ya!

capris do seem difficult at 1st to park...the bonnet is looong!!! you cant see the end of it....

but you will get used to it after a while....capris are very tunable...The 2.0litre engine just drops straight into a 1.6 direct swap like for like and can be tuned upto 200+bhp...

The only problem being its getting harder to get a reasonably priced capri these days!!

Heres a capri doing what they do best.....Drifting!!!
