for 50cc cases look in capri dave's project and for the 125 ones. its a secret :bird: joking go to the projects go back a few pages and look for rizla rhys project.
the ideas behind both are the same, you're maximising flow but removing as little material as possible, keeping primary compression. something people also forget is the cases should be as equal as possible
probs one for minor this right when the barrel is fitted the bottom bit of the barrel kinda pertrudes the inside of the cases restrciting flow. shit pic but you get the idea can the botom bit of the barrel be cut back abit ?
is it a good idea to do this minor are there any down falls and i should be ok with flac i need to get barrel relined anyways so flakeing wont affect me today will it
if you pay somone who sends it off to pay somone... should be around 70 quid from a vendor. MAX as for the cut.. just use a sharp disk at a low speed on the lining first... cant flake if its already cut (it flakes from cutting angle or when breaking through.. keep the cutters square to the cut surface and cut from the front wiht LOW load on the tool and it wont flake...) deffo a good idea to do on any barrel.. piston can flap about a bit more with less skirt area tho of course.. with every improvment theres a loss... ALWAYS (the aim is to iliminate the loss not just make power.. with the piggy waterpump's being absoloutly shit the heat made by tuning is a serious factor and messures MUST be taken to keep the heat down/replace the pump)
very interesting cheers minor. well crank and mains in freezer. next week will be rebuilding so will try get some pics. just hope it works after all this
take it easy on it dont rush and then hope for the best. expect to fuck up aswell then u probably won't
