Exhaust trouble and/or recommendations

    What I did, I went to a local small engine place, and bought some gasket material, used an box cutter knife, traced around the flange with a sharp pointed ice pick, and marked the holes with a bolt, cut it out, and used a hole punch for the bolt holes....a lot easier than that goop, and you can take it apart easier the next time....

    i would also go that its a 100cc the expansion looks bigger then my mates 50 speedy doppler ;)

    Okie Dokie... If i took my exhaust to a garage you think could they sort it all out for me??

    like get it looking new...ish :L its had quite a beating...

    sack that garage will charge you a fortune... wire brush, sandpaper and some VHT paint or something and you're away...
