Do you legally need front indicators ?

so if i taped over my indicator switch and spray my lenses black and remove the back indicators on my new shape runner it will still pass a full mot? does it depend on garage aswell?

 

depends on the garage as the law does state 1974 but depends how the garage reads it im sending my sachs xtc 125 for mot in the next month with out indicators i will upload a pic too prove it will pass with certain garages but no u would have too remove all indicators

 

i think it depends on the year of scooter as mine scooter has no indicators and will pass an mot but it was built this way

 

hmm i want a full mot on mine but my indicators dont work and im fed up of it being in pieces looking for the problem that i cant find, so just took the back indicators off and took the bulbs out of the front ones. And ill just take the switch out for its mot hopefully it will pass when i get a new front brake and back shock haha
