    My 'ped was quick as hell up to 20,dinky as a wee thing,almost light enough to be carried-ish,
    always getting to the front 1st,and piloted by a rider that was very "eloquent" with making with the hand signals ( in several dialects).

    i do it, if the traffics heavy enough and crawling rather than moving. also done some lane splitting, thats fun when you get to the front and theres a car either side of you :(
