disgruntled pm tunning customers

    numerous x tech 70 kits, seizing, scoring, ive known over 10 in my area and it all happens within 2 weeks or so, small end bearing shattering up the side of the piston, heads warping, pistons cracking in half, look amazingly similar to motoforces racing barrel, funny that, ive rang up before on behalf of a friend, been told yasuni z were out of stock then was being persuaded to buy a pm 360 pipe, had another friend order a yasuni c16, was sent a yasuni z and after ringing up pm tuning they tried convincing me a yasuni z is a better performer than a c16, owned a pm tuning adjstable clutch, never came with springs, and once fitted with polini clutch springs, it was good for nothing after about a month.

    EDIT. and the way VAT is added to every order TWICE will get photo to prove shortly.

    pipes snapping i can understand.. them repairing them and standing by there product devoloping the product along side the customer rather than doing it when its an absolout joke.. whats the failure rate so far? 100%? not good enough.. repair them in the first 6 months.. even 28 days as statuatory rights state and people wouldent be so annoy'd.. one thing tho, dont see technigasses with a failure rate of 100%

    kits fail, can be down to anything.. putting your name on it or having a manufactor make it for you does not mean you made it, nore that its worth the money your charging for it. great product btw.. nice cheap kit for the money (if you buy the original kit)

    customer service.. well thats plain common sence surely? how can any buissness give customer satisfaction (what REALLY maters to any of the big retailers as a happy customer is a regular customer) without first making the customer feel welcom.

    advertising works wonders evedently.. obviously aiming for customers to make one transaction and leaving it at that, "one born every munite" sound familuar?

    on their website how they say they own the fastest time for a scooter ?

    they dont, the people on here the dwarfs they have the fastest time .. says on their website if you read about it.

    It`s a question of semantics really, Red Dwarf has attained a higher top speed over the standing start quarter mile than any over scooter making it the fastest if you like. Pm`s covered the same distance at a much slower speed but in a quicker time (maybe making it the quickest?)as I say it`s a question of wording?Depends if you associated the word "fastest" with time or speed?

    We`ll have both this coming season anyway :p

    i prey to the lord of scooters (like god but rides a 172) let the dwarf boys kick pms ass all over the strip in every sence and have pm remove that cleverly worded (but missleading) statement from there site forever

    simnply because they came to try and bully me into not saying shit products are shit (you know, like every other forum out there does, bit of dosh an they will agree with anyone) i for one am not going to be bullied into conforming wiht somone elses views on somthing for monitary gain. called being a selfless enthusiast trying to help people... and this is the shit i deal with..

    i dont know everything, but one thing i do is pm as a company are shit. shit service, shit products and ecveryone that doesent know this should be made aware befor parting with hard earned cash because the "expert on the phone" told you what to get, then sent the wrong thing,3 months late, thats supposedly beter, that breaks a week later for them to tell you "nah m8, not our problem, you fited it wrong)

    surely theres no need.. they have boycotted there own reputation if you ask me... we cant be blamed for being honest about it?

    have yet to see a single post saying "my pm has lasted fine and i ride my bike most days"

    Well mine lasted a year, keeping an eye on it riding it all weather etc, but paying £300+ you'd expect it to last a bit longer than just a year for the money you pay.

    i wouldnt say its bitching.
    its simply a thread on a collection of views of a tuning company and its products.

    (eg) it would be like starting a thread about vw golf's having bad fuel economy
    or hsbc having unhelpfull staff in there call center.

    as a national tuning company , like any business you expect a certain service from them which by the sounds of things isnt what you get for your hard earned paper.

    its got little to do with there attempted bullyling of minor or the nk sprit guy among other people.
    its all about a compay not conducting them self's in a professional business like manor and its customers reaching their tolerance level

    (ps not having a dig at ya mate ;) )
