You tell us...does it rev like shit and go nowhere?
Does it slow up hills and the revs stay the same?

 

its getting to that point yes. the revs stay constant when going uphill but the bike slows down and im screaming the engine to get 30-35mph anything beyond that is just about out of reach

 

ive put a new jet in since i last posted ( its now on a 82 ) and a new plug.it seems to want to pull away and then it bogs (like the chokes) on for a few seconds and then it seems like it wants to pull away again but still struggles

i had a look at the mixture screw and the mixture screw was more or less screwed in all the way before i upjetted from the 80 to an 82. the mixture screw is now a little more undone but still got the same problem another thing i noticed was that the clutch bell was blue like it had add excessive heat

i have a yamaha neos 50 great little ped,its still restricted to 30 and it gets 35 easy on flat, and 49 down hil hehe,yeh my bike had a problem with bogging, it seems ok now, i toock the airfilter off the carb,and started my bike and sprayed aload of carbcleaner through it whist running (it smoked alot ),now it runs fine ,apart from -5 temeratures where it realy doent like starting. oh and put the air filter back on obviously.

im kinda confused why your 100 is slow... cratch:

oh and i thought 100's are ment to be restricted to 55mph ? or am i wrong???

just try the normal matenence , fresh fuel , check fuelpipes, carb, check the exhaust isnt coked up with crap,new spark plug u know, dont ditch it in the shed ,it will be worth it trust me...
