    hi all
I have a 2012 aerox and on it I have a stage 6 exhaust, 80main jet, polini variator (but not yet fitted springs in the clutch), 5g rollers and polini belt. When I start riding it will take a while to pull off and also when it hits around 20mph the power kicks into about 55-60mph but sometimes the power don't even kick in and it slow makes its way up to 30mph and stays there is there anyway I could stop the "Dead Zone" need advise.
    Thanks

Slow pull away is often the clutch springs or rollers. If the clutch springs are weak the the shoes engage too early and it is like starting peddling on a bicycle when in a high gear. Stiifer clutch springs allow the engine to gather higher revs before the shoes are flung out to engage the clutch. A higher rev means the pull away is sharper and faster. If you have a rev counter then sit on the bike and see what the revs read when it catches the clutch.
