Thanks for the help everyone, really appreciate it:)
Please watch the video to see the difference now!

    please watch video

what ive done is take the exhaust into parts to clean it, and then burnt off any excess oil and fuel using a heat gun, then ive emptied the fuel ,cleaned the carburetor using halfords carb cleaner, refilled with just petrol, the exhaust/silencer wadding has been removed so its like a straight through and then reassembled this is the result i think its better .let me know ive also replaced the stator plate and flywheel from another rocket of the same year. let me know what you think..

Plus what premix ratio should i use ?? I need quite a simple example like how many ml of oil to fuel per litre or how much to put in 5 liters,im not really bad at maths so the ratio thing takes me a while to work out,;)

only prob with using a blow torch is that it'll only clean as far as you can access with the nozzle...plus heating the pipe to those sort of temperatures with a flame will remove painted surfaces and make the outer rust quicker IMHO

i actually meant heat the outside of it, but i forgot quite a few pipes are painted. the one i did it on was raw and slightly rusty anyway

Yeah i used a heat gun and blowtorch took the whole thing apart, removedd the wadding "in the bin" and then repainted the exhaust black with halfords engine paint:) I dont if bye removing the silencer wadding ive improved it because maybe the zx was to restricted with it in for my setup???????????????but it seems better
