Proving he has no insurance just proves that he has no money to pay for your damage.

Bite the bullet, pay up, fix your bike and don't let the theiving bastards at the insurance company money-rape you.

 

my mate got smashed off his rs50 by a iranian driver, he got out his car said you alright then floored off, someone got his reg number, police came was trying to stick up for the driver saying to me that sometimes they dont know what there doing etc, and i said he knew what he was doing because he floored it through a red light! anyway police have done fuck all about it, my mate keeps haggling but nothing, so good luck mate in what ever your going to do

and unlucky mate i almost had the exact same thing the other day, mate nearly went over his handlebars who was beside me and i nrly went into the back of some chavs, surprisingly in an astra? they indicated after they braked, turned the corner and gave us the v's.. i wus like "fuck u nigga!"

but yeah mate, just try n keep ya distance in future or ride far enough away so if that does happen, you can go down the side of them as you're braking
