yeah the doppler is derestricted its a sr3 but where the pipe is connected to the flange it cracked and i got it welded but its now the flange is slightly bent out of shape
Just checked my old variator face plate to see if there was a washer stuck inside where the sleeve goes into it and i was abit shocked by what i saw. I knew what happened to the front and the scratches at the back that was the reason i replaced it but never checked the the recess.
i think that's the technical term i used for it when i pulled it lol, just bought some shims to go behind the replacement although that to is going to need replacing as the star washer has started grinding at that one but its not bad at the moment.
Hi guys a little update, have put variator shims behind my front pulley plate needed about 1.2mm i have no idea what happen for it to get that way have got a couple of pics before i put the shims in. Sorry about the quality of the pics.
