clutch engaging early - problem specific to bike

    heavier weights have (in most cases) a harder density material to make up weight.. some just have lots more metal inside tho.. malossi use only 2 or 3 different "weight" materials and make the rest of the weights with the diameters of both the wear material and the inside collar material. if you look at rollers and weigh them, then do a bit of thinking you can figure out if drilled or straight rollers for your weight requirement wil last longer...


    or just find the weight your bike runs at and buy lots of rollers that weight, it is a service item afterall... wouldent clean out a car oil flter afterall and they cost less in most cases

    nah minor, they are all the same weight, only 3 of them had bigs flats :confused:

    i udnerstand what you mean though, they seem to have a lot of plastic material shit to make up the size

    hmm.. mabey the variator has been run 3x3 and has worn the ramps at diff rates? is it old? did you buy new?
