the best bet is to say your moped is restricted to 30mph and it is you flaut no matter what you was on the bike and controling it like sayin it not my flaut to get caught wheeling it was a accient ye right.
It doesn't matter if your restricted to 30. A hill will cause you to go faster than 30. Alot of peds I knew did 35-39mph standard anyway
if your mum and your m8s got cought speeding in the same place wouldnt you think to be extra aware at that part of road kids these days

You got away lightly. Had they been really anal they should of impounded your bike and made you walk until it was found to be legit as your 'restricted' moped was breaking its legal design speed and they should of investigated fully. And that is a different offence as not only are you breaking the statutory speed limit but also the vehicles speed limit. Now that would of been a right cunt as you would of then looked like a real twat walking down and up that dip each day as the OAP's drove past you in the rain pissing water all over you. Take the fine, learn from it and be more vigilant. That includes when you chav up a 1 litre as you'll then only need one lovely gatso flash of your powermotor and you'll have to hand in your licence and reapply for all your tests (6 points wins a licence revoke). Public transport, release fee, storage fees and fine all add up to far more and it'll also ream you in the long term now. Its a shame but you were luckier than others. I do feel for you though as its 4 years they stay on and if you don't declare its a more severe points deduction for driving without a valid insurance policy. Be careful mate.

looool good idea why are some ppl having a go at you for speeding when probally the majority of people on this site do. it aint like he was doing 50-60mph .. 35mph is nothing jus harsh if u get points for it lol.
yee dw bout it mate, everyone speeds, we get caught now and then do as ^ said dont pay untill you get second reminder it often works next time do a wheelie for the camera but at 29mph
