visually sound mate  but i wanna see this bike a beast to go with that nice look (maybe port work)
this ped is very impressive for the uk scene imo, very original. bys i think youve got visual tuning spot on. reckon one of you needs to fast track to a qualified mechanics course, the other on web design and stock handling. get a sorted website and a dyno and a sorted workshop, start properly studying the boundries of porting and develop your skills. theres a gap in the market for a good affordable uk scooter tuning firm. from what i can tell your good at optical stuff but your not the answer to the uk's gap in the uk scooter tuning market yet, and if its true youve fotted a 140 jet into an aerox without really knowing what your doing itll just get you a bad rep my oppinion anyway :nerd:
hi mate thanks for the message are you the kid that had the crankcase tuning done for the mhr 7 port + stage6 5 spacer good to hear that you are pleased with are work Cheers BYS '08' Sam
Hi mate one of us is taking a fast track to a qualified mechanics course but not for scooters i am learning to be a racing mechanic i am working a zen perfromance at the moment doing there time attack impresa. we are trying to sort out the stock but you need money to buy stock and the web site will get sorted soon. dynos are a lot of money and you need the right place to work one not as easyt as it looks and again the proper workshop cost a lot of money. Cheers BYS
Well mabe you should concentrate on the website and put your prices low.. even if you have a small profit your bound to get pepole buying if the prices are low.. so your going to be buying more stock and making more money you should make sure your prices are lower than donotlink's and get the webby sorted
its pretty simple tbh, you get your stock direct from manufacturer i hope? because if you're bulk ordering from any euro site you're about to lose 800+ customers. so, going by that fact, it means you're working on your own profit margins, LOWER THEM. get a simple website made, dont fuck around with e-commerce yet because you clearly wont be able to handle the stock demand. so with a half decent website and lower prices, you will get business, allowing you to expand, etc etc.
best way to get started imo.. just do as you have but imporve the website and the ammount your selling mean you can lower the profit margins for simply boxing 2 things instead of one.. dont even offer anythign but general work (as you have been.. mabey a few bolt ons) but ether fuck about for a few years an get to grips with it while doing your course or employ somone REALLY good for a year an learn everything you can. a decent employee advertised will earn you 3 times there salary (i earnt my boss 4 grand today)
keep it up an dont let these people put you off.. it is cheaper on the euro sites but locality and QUICK delivery are things you can work on/keep ahead of anyone else with... special delivery service will breing you MANY sales regardless of price LOL but ye. bikes look amazing as always.. just get to the STRIP and play with all the toys at your disposal... people give you stick as they would love to have a shop full of parts to build demo bikes with and everyone thinks they can do a better job.. fact is you have a shop so keep it running an the rest comes. start attending the rwub's on sundays tho m8.. the dwarf boys let off sly tips for nice people who are willing to learn
