Hi my name is sam, me and my brother own a scooter shop (www.boostyascoot.co.uk) we are going to bulid this aerox to look custom but to also work on the road My engine set up is going to be: Stage 6 clyinder Stage 6 crank Stage 6 teflon case bearings Malossi over range Malossi delta clutch Malossi vl14 Malossi stright manifold XSH wedge 21 mm dell'orto Stage 6 air filter My custom parts: Custom rossi colour (Blue,Yellow) Rear back panle (BCD,KIESLAR) Front panel (BCD,STANDARD) MKTK under tray Custom speedo braket Stage 6 disc Kieler deep dish wheel Custom coved seat First i get the scooter The arox is standard Now we start work on it I take the engine block out of the aerox. As we wait for the engine parts to be deliverd we get on with the custom panling BCD and kiesler fibre glassing Rubbed down the fibre glass Put the fibra glass where the panles need it I fit the MKTK under tray to see how the part fits My brother now does some custom custom work on the panling belly pan with aerox and shapes cut out frist coet of paint We now get the BCD headlight and see how the head light had been plastic welded and filled We now finish the back panle The filler rubbed right down (finshed) We have now got the engine part in and we start to rebuld it the block rebult as we are doing this we send the panle to the painter (MR B) We get the helmet painted to look good when riding the aerox The block fully bult and the panles are back from painter (MR B) The block back in the frame and started to be rebult Stage 6 oversize disc on the wheel custom cut out with the paint on it the back end on know just the front to do different air filter and indcators on Now i just need to get the front on here are the other pictures of my aerox (finished) My brother next to the aerox Me next to the aerox custom clear plastic under seat
so how much are these disc conversions then? and what sort of price tag does a project like that clock up?

what engine work do you do to your scooters, i notice a lack of engine pics, is there much porting done or do you just slap a kit on and let it go? gotta say, they all look pretty damn good.
Looks like good quality work keep it up I'm intrigued as to the cost of pushing out these projects as well. Is there actually a market for selling ready made customized scooters you've created where you are? Or is this a way of show piecing the parts you can supply? would like to see some motor mods too liking the shop queue photo
hi mate yes there is some porting done to the engine not much in this aerox but are next will have lots thank there is a lot of work gone into this project good that people like them
hi mate the cost of a fully customize scooter varies because there are different parts at different price the aerox was made for a customer, they gave us a picture of what they whated and told us to get on with it. and the other scooters are ares to sho what we can do and what part we sell, and also what you can make a scooter look like more engine mods wil be on are next aerox project
Nice project saw this ages ago on a German website really loving the look of it its a smart job the cutting out looks mint aswell as your nrg, hopefully see more projects soon ?
