Please don't cry. I'm just concerned that I'm already a potential target for the rozzers due to the lack of L plates. Don't want to give them the satisfaction of finding something wrong.
You don't have 'L's on mate cause you've earnt that right!!, Wanna be watching the mental attitude - that will translate through to your body language, The boys in blue spend all their time dealing with 'peeps an they wiil! spot this!, Go 'bout your buisness like you own that right !, Don't be looking over your shoulder all the time like you be having something to hide!, S..t happens mate,it's a 50/50 everytime you ride you'll end up getting pulled, keep worrying 'bout it all the time people will notice.mk.
Well familiar with the touching an loving care/attention of those fantastic an thoughtful guardians of justice........., You can get up now - do your knees in!. .
Ok just to let you know the exhaust is 'E-marked' ! thats what the Police look for... I used to sell the Leo Vince tt exhausts they have a small metal cone spot welded in the manifold end... this is put there so they meet the emissions guidelines set by the EU but it's designed to be easily removed... they make your scooter slower than the standard exhaust with the cone in... it's designed to be removed even if the police took the exhaust off which would never happen. there would be no WAY ! in hell they'd know that there was supposed to be a little metal cone there I promise ! 28mph is wrong there is something wrong with the bike that's why I suggested you check if that had been taken out. The Police would not get out the spanners and remove a very hot ! E-Marked exhaust on the side of the road, that is not my opinion it's fact
Seen the 'e' mark getting more clued up on modern tech, They still go by the bsau mark?, Heard there floating a few mobile rolling roads in some areas now, so they would'nt neccesarily take bits off now to see if their gee'd up. .
as sure as the sky is blue it's not making over 14 hp I promise.... rolling road wouldn't matter in the insanely unlikely event
Mark what is that scooter in your picture I don't recognize it ? looks a bit like a Piaggio Fly but old....
That 'ol regular usually works, spec.at least till they come up with some new gimmick to screw with people!, Clueless a bit mind how that rolling road's gonna work out, spec.that situation's gonna be dependant how you come across, justifying further investigation under some sub-section or other.
My scooter does go over 28 by the way. I had to 35 without messing with the new carb. I'll have a look at the exhaust when I get a minute.
My 1st 'ped topped out ©34mph when she arrived, down to 30 ish when speedo cable replaced after not working for a week, found it disconcerting as hell not knowing how fast I was'nt going. .
