    just a quick question

i have a malaguti f15 and my front end is not held on properly because the lugs ( part what you screw a screw into to hold it together has snapped )
just wondering what the best way to repair it is ( have not used fiberglass before )

also i am wanting an aerox type of grill on front is this possible?

    cheers

You asked this already...? Only way you can mould bits in is by using fibreglass. There are lots of guides on the internet and instructional videos on youtube.

You can also make lugs out of metal or bits of plastic and epoxy them on to the panel as a repair.
