Avatar Uploading.

    Right I've allowed avatar uploading for all you that find it to hard to link to an off site avatar.

    We have the bandwidth and space so why not? ;)

    autop resize to 115x115?

    115x115 is the max size as per the forum rules. Smaller is fine though.

    Used to have an auto resize for the off site linked ones but it slowed the forum down to fook.
