Anyone know if there's an uprated water pump, or am I best going electric?

Well, I've ordered a pump kit, so I hope it solves my cooling problems!??
Anyone know if there's a step by step guide here? I've done a search but no luck. And looking at the pack I doubt there's instructions. Is it an easy job??

Sorry I've not posted peeps! I did the water pump, turns out it was simple to do! :)
Had trouble since I got it with starting, wouldn't go first kick/press, it nearly had me beat! But I fitted a new battery, and removed and stripped the carb, cleaned & blown out, then rebuilt. Now starts first time, every time! Seems a bit more peppy too! (bonus)
Today I drained the oil out of the gearbox and put some nice fresh 80w90 in, (you should see the colour of the gunk that came out! Green sludge! Eww) but it says 110cm2 on the case, which don't seem like a lot to me? Looked at other sites (sorry) and they recon 125ML ??? But again don't sound a lot!? I put in 125ml, but you'd think you would top up to the filler whole, (bit like a diff on a 4x4) what you guys and girls think??

Don't buy a Tecnigas there poor quality and fall apart, there's a reason there called technishite lol and go for polini control kit or hi speed control kit, never had a issue with them :)

Can anyone identify the forks as used by wobbly on his 51?
    http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b318/wobblytrials/DSC02000.jpg

I'm looking to junk the...err...junk on the front of mine, much as I love the look of a swing arm, I've had a few abnormal "moments", so want rid.

I've tried searching for a link to his build, but can't find it!? Anyone help?

6 months since my last post!!! Where did that go!? Still riding the old girl seeing as the snow ain't arrived yet! But soon as it does, it's into the workshop and rebuild time!
Not sure weather to do a total strip down to the frame or a partial engine/box, what you guys think? Is it wise to redo the loom ect while I'm in bits given the age of the scooter?

Might aswell go over everything and check it all at once. Nothing worse than the feeling of getting your engine all gleaming and ready to ride then electrics give up the go :(
