right, first off, go buy some GOOD TOOLS. the right screwdriver wont ever round a screw off, nor will the right socket round a nut off... a hammer is no way to remove bolts..

good tools = a good bike, shit tools =- a bike that WILL just get worse and worse the longer you own it.

    kk.. well remove an replace

all i ever see is bodged piaggio engines, usually rounded screws/bolts. tis nice when one comes in with spanking bolts (usually means its never been stripped)

lol ill be honest ive never looked into an engine before but it seems pretty simple although i havent gone into detail but yea its a real bastard to move forward when evrything you get to is pre fucked i mean its not that hard to use the right size screw driver or socket

main thing is take your TIME
bolts round from people rushing/not having the right tool to hand an just being lazy.. if there already fucked all is not lost, just be patient, think for a bit, if you cant think a way round it take a pic of whatever it is and ill tell you the best way (ive removed a shitty screw from every part of a piggy engine.. there are some REAL bastards belive me)

just get yourself a good screwdriver that fits the oil pump screws (i usually cut the tip off mine so there less likely to round them off, also push more than you turn.. all my weight go's on a piggy screw befor i think about turning..)

hi ojk well i got basically evrything thats coming off off the engine and im left to split the cases however the problem is that when the cases are split ill still have the swing arm (dont know proper name) holding it together so i need to take the rubber mounts off (again not sure on the name) however they arent budgeing im currently using the right size allen key with abit of an extension but having no luck is there a trick to doing this?

sorted now splitting the cases
