aprillia rs 28mm carb on a 172

    yeah does sound like an airleak tbh, need to give it a proper check.

    its the same regardless of what i do to the carb, tried different jets, all needle positions, all idle mix positions, and the idle screw is all the way in.

    when i take it off the choke it sounds like if i had a boost bottle connected and it fell off or something if u know what i mean... got a vid anyway so ill upload that

    im assuming the idle mix screw is closest to the manifold not the filter, so all the way in should be lean, try it 4 or 5 turns out (just as a test) sounds lean as fuck...

    oh and grease the kickstart?!?!?!
