aprilia sr50r converted to 125

cause the fan on the outside of the flywheel blows air under the plastic cover around the bore to help with cooling, without the cover its not getting any colder air :thumbsup:

 

looks gay tho lol ill put it on till i make my own fan for the head

 

hey got few new pics with exhaust on

 

got a jack up kit today and ot seems to wobble a bit ans it does not seat into the grove that it should got it from psn scooters n said it would fit my piaagio 125 engine bot does no seat correct check 2nd to last pic

 

does it sit flush with the bush? might just be for the bigger type bush in that case just space it out or bug the bigger bush

 

sits on the bush fine and bolts on fine but tilts forwards n backwards as its not sittin in the groove towards back of the jack up

 

this is wat am stuck with the kit will bolt on but will not seat right as the groove on it does not sit flush on the case so it tilts forwards n backwards

 

grind it out?

 

wont work as its ment to sit in the groove to stable back end

 

do jack ups make it harder to wheelie?

ill try n see wat happens they not made for 125s really made for 50s bot u have to adapt the spacer for them to fit pics will be on in next day or so its lookin nice now

why are you using a jack up kit instead of a 125 shock?

 

as they not any difference in hight mate and as its converted to a 125 it needs to be higher to clear the head on the engine

 

anymore projects ?? or conversions

 

few new pics after new paint all i need to do now is tidy wiring up and source a back brake leaver and cable then done
