hi there this is my first post . my o6 aa500 doesnt start from the button. but if i cross the solenoid terminals it starts fine but it only runs a short time till it runs out of fuel. if i reprime by switching off and on the ign, it will start and run a short period as before .each time it starts ,it may run anywhere between 30 seconds to 3 mins before it stops again .thanks in advance dod
Sounds like a fuel pump problem. Like it isn't switching back on after priming the system. Its EFI right? It will need to be plugged into diagnostics to pinpoint it.
thanks for the fast replty, thats right yes its efi . your right also it primes initially then runs dry each time until its reprimed again. how much is a diagnostic box to buy do you know?
