I've not been on the forum much of late... Currently I'm having motorbike lessons and all going well either before Christmas or just after I'll have passes my unrestricted motorcycle test. I'm after buying a new vespa 300 gts. I know there's lots of specialised forums out there that are Vespa only. I'm just interested in knowing does anybody here own one or have their own views about that scooter?
i personally wouldnt buy a vespa, but thats just my opinion, i think they have terrible quality for the price you pay. 300 is a good size for a first big bike (even if its a vespa...)
The thread was supposed to say *GTS 300 but my stupid phone decided to autocorrect it. I agree with you that the Vespa's are a little expensive but not with the build quality. The modern Vespa's are renowned for their build quality and reliability. Do you have anything to back up your claim?
LOL! just my opinion tho, ive never fixed a GTS so maybe they aint so bad, but maybe its because there arent so many vespas here? who knows! like i said tho, i think they are a bit crummy for the price, its like paying for the brand, i think the gilera 300 is cheaper and pretty much the same
