Hey, whats the part on the right of the Pipe/photo? there is alot of warm air blowing from there, is that supposed to happen?
Could be the fan on the side of the engine blowing air onto the cylinder? That should be the cylinder on the right with the cooling fin things
It's what they call "an engine running", there is a fan attached to the flywheel, this draw's in cool ambient air which blow's over the hot engine which in turn becomes hot air as it removes the heat of compression + exhaust heat from said engine etc. And yes it is perfectly normal!
Ok thats fine, just that I had trouble getting the Exhaust on, and what with the Exhaust popping before... I got told to put my hand under to feel any air blowing from around the Exhaust, but theres loads blowing from that right side so didnt know whether it was from the Exhaust of something else.
If the exhaust had a leak there would be smoke there when the engine was on rather than normal air lol..Just make sure the bolts are done up
