Air/Fuel mixture screw

    Okay do you know what the factory setting is for a zip 50 2t?

    easiest way for you would be turn it 2 full turns out, put bike on stand with wheel off the ground with it ticking over, then try turning it half a turn clock wise then back to where it was, then a full turn anti clockwise, what you after is the bike ticking over at it fastest

    I just want it to run smoothly I'm not fussed about power or whatever just want it to run so I can use it

    Okay il try it, I'm a bit scepticle because I tried it yesterday with the old jet in and it would do anything wouldn't change at all when I screw the screw in or out no matter how muh

    I've set it to 3 and 1/4 which is apparently the factory setting

    Doesn't run quite right on factory setting of 3 1/4 ,it's going for a service Wednesday so should get it sorted then :)

    It's been for a service, and I'm not really happy. They've put in 3.5g rollers in instead of the 4.5g rollers I requested. They've done a lot of adjusting to the carb, and a new belt. Now it only does 40 instead of 50 and I'm not happy! I want that extra ten mph how did I lose that much in one day? Help! Is it the lighter rollers that's slowed it down???
