Aerox wont do more than about 60 kmh (40 mph)

So i've got an aerox 2007 that i got stock about a year ago when it would do 70 kmh stock derestricted
and this season i got a 17.5 mm carb, yasuni z, top performances variator kit (7g rollers in), malossi red sponge inner for original air box and a motoforce racing clutch bell. Variator and exhaust have both been de restricted. From what i've seen these peds should be going more than 60 kmh. All ideas welcome
I've got a set of main jets from 70 - 98
3 different clutch spring stifnesses
3 different torque springs
