Its not a fuel problem... fuel is getting all round the bike where it should be we've already checked...., changed plugs ....nothing.

Could the other screw be the pilot screw, try screwing it in 'GENTLY' till it seats then turn out two and a half turns and try to start it

yes the screw nearest to the air intake side is the pilot the one that comes out of the carb usually has a spring around the shaft is a idle screw.

What state is the plug in does it get wet with fuel when it turns over.

Humour me, try putting a short reach plug in cos if it's overfueling and the plug is getting wet it won't start, but a short reach plug is tucked out of the way and tends to stay drier and works. if it fires up with the short reach plug then your problem is either too much fuel or not enough air ( remove snorkel).

Pretty sure it does mate, iv gotta get a video , family member died this morning so have been occupied elsewhere ...

Its already got a short reach plug mate, this conshop told me the long reach was too close to hitting the piston? so they changed it for short reach and the bike started o_O confusing thing,.... and the snorkel was removed as soon as i got the new airbox lol... seemed to work fine with the 100 jet in, but anything smaller an it wouldnt start... iv got a video of when it started ill upload that now if i can,(photobuckets being a whore) lol...

And ill go put the bike back together now and get another video of the nasty sounding kickstart

Have you tried to put a bigger jet than 100? and maybe try to start without the exhaust, it will sound disgusting but it might work and I believe the standard setting for the idle is 1 1/2 turns out

I would also have a look at the needle in the carb and the idle screw my mate had a problem like this with his crosser everything seemed like it should work but nothing, turned out he broke the needle or something.

all depends on bore air filter and exhaust
