Ok mate thank you! Also my cylinder head ATM has 2 pipes and 2 nipples ontop of the cylinder, the streetrace has only 1 nipple and no pipe? Do you know what they are and what do I do? Thank you!

The standard head has 2 nipples to feed hot water through the carb. The streetrace does away with this but has the bleed nipple to remove any airlock which would stay in the head and cause a hot spot.

Oh right! So it would be fine to remove both of the tubes going to the standard cylinder head? Or would it damage the carb? Or would it be better to just use 1 pipe on the 2 outputs on the carb?

The two nipples on the standard head have no valves they feed and return hot water to the carb to prevent the carb from freezing in extremely cold weather. The nipple on the streetrace is a bleed valve only it is not designed to feed hot water to the carb. Running without the hot water through your carb will not be a problem unless you intend riding in subzero temperatures and even then the position of the carb out of the airflow and above the cylinder will probably be enough to stop it from freezing.

Have you removed the restrictor from the variator? if not do it now and bin the variator while your at it. The standard variator is not very good and it is the first thing which you should change.

I was thinking of getting a new variator but cant afford it at the minute what is restricting the variator? Ive spoke to a local bike shop they have suggested that the fuel and mixture isnt right resulting in my problem
