    Yes i think have to shorten the cabel to the throttel wire :rolleyes:

    Now is the mounting of fairings and tyres that´s comes next
    And change of clothing on the saddle

    you need to double or triple clear when you use 2k clear as it drys with an orange peal finish and will need moping. if you look in the photos some of the panels and a matt looking patch's

    Everything is made in my tiny garage without any specialtools of a "average Joe" :)

    Really nice mate. Love the paint job :)

    Just dont like the gyro wheels. They just dont fit the aerox imo.

    Great job though.

    whats the best jet to use with a 70cc mallossi bore for an aerox mate?

    It depends on the airfilter and the carb
    I used a 0,85 with a Dellorto 21mm carb and a foam airfilter (malossi e13)

    I used 90 on a dellorto 21 along with a malossi red foam filter and it was still poor. Now i have 110 and it bogs down a little on acceleration, i intend to use 112 or 115.

    Well i tried 90 95 100 and that was to rich...
    And 4grams rollers with a soft clutch spring and a carbon membrane 0,30mm
