Aerox is crazy

change rollers and jetting sounds like a setup issue

 

it used to be perfect, jetting must be fine as it ran before, and rollers are fine as i have experimented with them loads cheers

 

well if it works fine with another pipe its either how its setup(because the other pipe was standard replacement) or its something up with your pipe :wtf:

 

similar thing is happening to my 06 rox. i fitted a laser deristricted, upjeted 5%, lighter rollers and it revs nicely to around 20 mph, then after that the bike just revs very quiet and slow even when on full throttle.

Has any one got any idea on whats wrong with it?

 

no taken that out and put in a new hebo variator kit

 

i have the exact same problem it revs well until 20mph then it just dies and crawls to about 30mph and then stays there with hardly any power iv got an 03 aerox fully drestricted with a zx pipe. 4.5 rolers any help?

 

with mine i found out it was the clutch springs. i have got one of those adjustable ones and i change the springs to harder ones, and now the revs dont drop after 30 mph.
