I've fitted a stage 6 pro replica with 4.7g rollers the other week and the first day it was running fine just the acceleration lower than usual. So i left for school this morning and my exhaust wasn't giving off the sound of power it usually does just continually squawking and only reaching about 20
after i had gone down a few hills got to 40 and the exhaust seemed a bit better but i have no idea what happened to it? Any ideas? People have said that the first 5 seconds of pull away are more to do with the clutch/springs apparently

aerox exhaust problems
Continious squawking from the pipe normally means there`s a parrot stuck in the end can.
De-restrict the parrot and it`ll fly.
Today I am mostly being a sarky bastard

it is de restricted and usually hits 55-60 but accelerates SLOWWWWW
first 5-13 mph is clutch... on my 'rox it doesn't rly pull until about 13 when the clutch has stopped it's job.. or however that changeover bit works...
maybe it's cos it was cold? doubtful like but still..

The clutch never stops unless you drop the revs under what your springs can take.
Hmm check in the end can if there's a restriction.
Id be messing around with the jetting, rollers and springs so your exhuast is rightly tuned with your engine.

ooohhh right k then kyle.. gunna have a flick through a few threads on clutches to see if i can work out how exactly they work and/or how heat affects them... be interesting to find out, as mine works brilliant when it's just been started after a couple of hours of sitting, and it its been running for 10-20 mins it struggles as though the springs have been weakend haha
Easy its a stage sick product (crap)
buy a doppler s3r problem solved
