Add a box of jets and some rollers to that and you be fine.

gear up kits give you about 10mph extra top end but you sacrifice some of your 0-10 acceleration to get this.

Dont use more than one gearup kit, its a waste of money and will perform worse (assuming the malossi 70kit you tryed linking too was the malossi sport or MHR-Rep) spend the money for the second gear-up on a bigger carb instead.

With a malossi sport or MHR rep id just use the standard crank until it eventually packs in, then replace with something better, as neither of those two kits will kill a standard crank very quickly.

    would this be fine

    Polini corsa 70cc

    polini race crankshaft

    malossi 21mm carb

    doppler air system

    malossi clutch springs (green,blue, red)

    malossi gear up kit

and a box of rollers and jets...but im not too sure on what roller or jet size to get !! ??

does this setup sound fine, i am fairly new to scooters you see

the corsa barrel has yasuni c16 written ALL over it... more so than the mhr rep (only reason to run the 16 on the rep is lack of a better pipe.)

corsa's are like a cross between the evo and the iron, iron kit wiht the wider exhaust port (single) and roughly the same port timings as the evo.. best of both worlds really.. tad expensive for what it is but it would cost you more to buy an iron and cut to corsa spec

unless there is a cheaper crank out their ?? that is still good quality

rollers and jets you should just have lots of them.. any enthusiast should...

bgm cranks (made by bi di zem/blata NOT pm tunning) are great quality.. around 100 quid or less aswell so a worthwile investment.. have yet to see one fail and they have been about a while.

yep.. altho you can get a dell 20.5 from a runner 125 an bolt it striahgt on (prittymuch the same thing) both will require a longer cable between the splitter and carb
