Advice

That makes it sound like a kink or blockage in the inner pipe of the braided hose. You haven't clamped the pipe at any stage at all have you with, a pair of mole grips or anything like that?
Or you could have kinked the pipe somewhere near the end fittings and not realised.

 

My rear and front discs are brand new.

and nope, when putting it back 'in' the bike I made sure the plastics were all away from it and not screwed up/tightened around it anywhere.... and no havent clamped it at all.

 

Im totally stumped about it, all working perfect, Banjo Bolt was taken out over night and then stopped working ever since that.... 3 different Cylinders tried, new Caliper... and still nothing, i'll try and get it to the Garage tomorrow, they do BMW Bikes but said before they'd bleed the Brake, so will take it there and have them do a good bleed and see from there, atleast they can hopefully tell me its the Pipe, as i know it isnt the Cylinder or Caliper.
