umm no im 17, and have had a full power yamaha xj diversion 600 got bored of it and sold it now have a 33 bhp tl 1000. I love bikes and everything about them, but not peds. When i turned 17 i did my lisence within a week of my birthday.
I go to college and work, every day i put up with the same people on peds trying to run shall we say a fellow biker how you see it, i guess, filtering like fucking mad generally not being able to drive in a straight line.
Every day at college hear the same old bullshit about how fast their ped goes, what they'v done to it ect. And every day i get people looking at my bike touching it even sitting on it do you think thats fair?
And peds arent fun mate, they are bikes for retards.

Thing is thought, there is a difference between filtering fast and safely rather than just fast. Which i guess none of you lot actually understand, from reading on the site so far.

Put it this way my 10 tonne bike does 110 restricted at 33bhp. What does a scooter with 38 bhp do? which one accelarates quicker? Whcih handles better which sounds better shall i carry on?
i know some people who have a ped because its all they can get, what annoys me is, when people are happy to sit on a cbt riding like a cunt with no worry of losing your lisence or anything. Wear no gear so if they fall off which when u ride how u do is pretty much guarenteed to happen.

 

1. a 38 brake scooter with the right gearing will top that.

i agree with u!!! when your on a motorway and ur maxin ur ped out it gets borin it aint boring gettin 2 them speeds race a tuned up scooter from 0-60 and u will get pissed on u cud prob race 2 70 and get pissed on with certain bikes!! i suggest u stay quite cause you makin a fall out of yourself!! the funny thing is i no people that are riding mopeds what would would beat ur bike and match it in certain places and there doin it on a cbt u done another license for a bike a scooter would keep with :bird:

Right ok then, the top speed is about the only one that is slightly believable. 38 2strke will prob do about 100 110 at a push, but seriosuly do you not know what a large twin sounds like?

HAndling yea bollocks mate, bikes have a low centre of gravity and tyres that you can lean on, both of which scooters dont, and how do you expect your scooter to beat a bike that derestricted does 0-60 in 3 seconds fair enough mines restricted but it does it in about 5 still.

This is exactly what i expected, no real argument, just mindless insults. And no why would i acutally want to know anything about scooter tuning i have a proper bike with gears, and as someone described it, "a geared bike" typical responce.
