So this is about removing browsing data?

I have done this from all my 3 search engines and it is still the same.

This is where iobit helps as it clean the data files and the instructions for them to run that are contained in your registry.
Also try an online virus check from Housecall as well as running AVG free virus checker and running sygate free firewall

How to Clear Cookies from the Chrome Browser
    [IMG]
Cookies are tiny files that your browser stores for a variety of reasons. They can keep you logged into your favorite website instead of demanding you re-enter your password every time you click on a new page. They can keep track of your shopping cart to make sure your favorite items haven't been dumped. They can keep track of how many articles you've read. They can also be used to track your movements from website to website.
Often it makes life more convenient to have cookies enabled, but sometimes it doesn't. Maybe the cookie incorrectly identifies you as someone who borrowed your computer the other day. Maybe you don't like the idea of being followed from site to site. Maybe your browser is misbehaving, and you want to try clearing the cookies as a troubleshooting step.
To get started clearing your cookies on Chrome, you're going to click on the settings/menu button on the upper right corner. This used to look like a wrench, but now it looks like the Menu button on Android phones.
Next, you're going to click on Settings.

    Show Advanced Settings
    [IMG]
You've opened up the settings menu. It will open up as if it's a new tab in your Chrome browser, not as a floating window like it does on some browsers.
You may notice that there's no mention of cookies. It's still hidden away. To see more options, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Show advanced settings.

    Content or Clear Browsing Data
    [IMG]
Ok, keep scrolling down. Your advanced options will appear below the basic options.
Now you've got a choice. Do you just want to nuke your cache? In that case, click on Clear browsing data.
Do you want to clear your cookies? Maybe you want to keep some cookies but delete others? You can do that, too. In this case, you'll want to click on the Content settings button.

    Clear All Cookies
    [IMG]
If you want to clear all the cookies, just click on the button labeled All cookies and site data. If you want to just clean out a few, or if you just want to find out more information about your cookies, click on the button labeled All cookies and site data.

    All Cookies and Site Data
    [IMG]
Now you see all cookies currently stored in Chrome. You can click the Remove all button, of course, but you can also scroll through them. Click on the name of a cookie, and it will be highlighted in blue. You'll see a little x to the right. Click it to delete that cookie.
You can also use the search box to search for only cookies containing a certain name or from a certain website.
If you're a bit of a geek, you can also click on the buttons that appear below to get more information on that particular cookie.

Right, so now you've got rid of all your cookies that all those friggin websites use to track what you look at, when you look at it, and send you crap in email links that you never wanted in the first place, and then sell your "preferences" to their "carefully selected third parties"; or in other words anybody who will pay them for your details and likes.
Me personally, i use Mozilla, there are a couple of add-ons with it, that you can choose to have or not, that are really really useful.
One is called Ad-Block, another is Simple Ad-block and then there is Fastdial.
Ad-block will kill ALL adverts on every site you visit, well it does on mine. Even Ebay after i log in.
And Fastdial was out and about wayyy before google chrome started doing it.
Also you can set mozilla to tell sites you do not want to be tracked, and there is also another check box for blocking pop-ups.

I have done all of the above and I am still getting the pop up in the bottom right corner as before.

I've gone into ad-block and this warning has come up

The site you were about to visit may harm your computer

It could well be that the site that particular cookie belongs to was installed earlier than you realised. Do you do any online gambling at all?

It sounds like you are being re-directed through another site to adblock, hence the warning.
Go back into chrome settings and delete all your browser CACHE, not browsing history, and clear all cookie data again; then close and re-open your browser.
If you are still getting that pop-up, then i would un-install google chrome, delete anything that may be associated with it, and re-install it if you want, or try another browser.

Ah, now i know how you got those. You installed something and didn't read the boxes first didn't you.............
Adobe is good at things like that. Tiny little boxes that are pre-checked, so that if you DON'T read them and un-check the boxes, you get all the crap you dont want. Like what you have.
You now need to clear you chrome browser of all other search engines, and other toolbars, but there will be other bits of those search engines still on your computer that you will have to find and manually delete.

Ccleaner is a good program for getting rid of temp files but I'd scan with superantispyware to make sure you don't have a nasty on there.

    Click Start/Control Panel/Programs/Uninstall a program

This will list all programs on your system.
Write down on a piece of paper all the programs that you want to get rid of. You will need this info shortly.
Delete all the ones you no longer use or need. Close the control panel box.

    Restart your computer

THEN........click start, just above the start button in the pop-up box is a search bar that says 'search programs and files'.
Type in there, one of the programs that you have just deleted, and see if it finds anything for it. It probably will.
Click on the top selection and it will take you to where it is stored, then delete it from there as well.
Repeat this process until it says 'no files found' for that program.
Then do it again for all the other stuff.

Finally, re-start your computer.................and let me know how you got on.

TIP: only use 1 (one) decent anti-virus/internet security product. Multiple A/V conflict with each other.
Kaspersky 2012 is a good one, as is AVG, and Bullgaurd

I had Kaspersky 2013 LAST year, but had major problems with it, couldn't uninstall it, had to download a patch from them to do so and then it still didn't work, then had to format and re-install the OS because of the corruption it caused. And i noticed that it had integrated Rapport with it. Friggin nightmare.
Good job i use a separate ssd as a back up/mirror; was up and running again in 10 minutes with a complete fresh OS and browser and programs.

DO NOT USE RAPPORT. It uses 33% of your computers resources and will slow it down.

If you use internet banking and your bank says you must use it or you wont be covered against fraud or the like, tell them piss off. As long as you can show you have taken adequate precautions against fraudulent activity you are covered regardless of what they say.

Best extension you can get for chrome or safari. Always used it & never have any problems with ads.
