    Missed the deal unfortunately :(

The teeth on the crank have been stripped, so I need to replace the crank now!
Can anyone post a link to a guide?

from what i remember - strip the engine down, water pump, stator, variator, all that shite. then once youve undone all the crank case bolts, they should split. its quite self explanatory as you go through it, youll need new main bearings, crank seals and full gasket set though, and itd be worth your time to do a piston and small end bearing.

i remember when i was first on about doing a crank on my aerox, but pussied out. Now ive got the joy of doing the crank on a geared bike :( the joy

oh and youll want a blow torch to expand the crank cases to get the bearings in, then heating the bearings to get the crank in

    Thanks a lot!
I roughly know what do, but i'm cautious because I never have done it.

Anyways, will be ordering a new crank by the end of the week.
Does anyone know where I can buy a flywheel puller that uses the pump drive threads?

    Thanks pal.
    I'D LOVE THAT !
I rarely see a moped of any kind where I live, let alone a similar bike that I could compare mine to. Haha. :D

Nope, I have bought an aerox flywheel puller people recommended but there is no thread on the inner of the flywheel.
So I have bought the above linked puller from ped-parts.

Got any other plans with it to make it more custom?
Got the engine running again? don't see any update about that?
