    follow instructions an go at it one last time with the sanding drums.. get the corners first then work back to the middle with the small ones. then switch to the bigger drums to flatten it out.. just KEEP the tool moving with the highest spot centre or ether end the swept area. if you try and remove a lump statonary you will create a grove. tool moving fast wiht low rpm/force

    Can any one tell me the basic's of porting. Or point me in the right direction of getting a understanding of it properly? Been looking at Dremels, Would you say go with a genuine Dremel or will a lookalike do? As I have three 50 barrells and a 70 barrell laying about. Would practice on the 50's just to get the basics then transfer it onto the 70. Cheers.

    get a genuine dremel and put some electrical tape over the switch when you're using it (thanks minor, already had to pull mine apart and clean the switch out)

    there are a few rough guides around for porting, some small sections on here as well, i believe there is some help on this thread aswell. Have a look for any books you could read up about it in, two stroke performance tuning by graham bell is very good.

    i got my dremel type thing from homebase it came with a pencil extension which is alot easier to hold than a big dremel ,a stand lots of bits all for 29 quid ?its cheap but seems to do the job ?its the burrs and sanding blocks that cost the money???give it a try wolffy as minor said to me"wots the worst that can happen" :D

    put shiny back together today just to try wot i have done so far?OH MY GOD i have been riding a 4t :wtf: shiny feels like a rocket i will take some vid tomorrow?????????????i have not even finished yet?its like a motorcrosser :bird:

    thats why the motorcross noise :w00t: the pm and nk are the only pipes that sound like that

    long ride i wish?maybe just new toy joys but it runs so much better than before ?yeah got the nk on it flies been to wet today to get a vid done?thanks for doing the crank wobbly and thanks minor for all you help top blokes :punk:
