70CC Bore Kit Vs Petrol Consumption

I am planning on buying a 2001 Aprilia Mojito Custom 50cc.

I CAN NOT WAIT!

This will be the frist scooter/motorbike i have ever owned so i want to start off small.

Once i get bored i am panning to do the following but would like someones opinion on what effect this will have on petrol consumption, noise of the scooter (i.e better. worse, deeper growl, high pitch growl etc...)
ride comfort, acceleration etc...

1st) Derestrcit it for a bit and thats it.

2.) either change the exhaust and thats it

3.) or put a 70cc bore kid and exhaust?

Also, is it possible to change the bike from 2 to 4 stroke without repalcing the engine?

 

Hahaha change from 2 to 4 stroke....
Just stop adding 2t oil and use 4t oil instead..
To get some real power out of it you need a blue powerband....
