if it wasent written off the police dont know about the accident and the thing hasent seen a garage for an engineers report yet, it will be a write off.

nothing comes for free and a bike that age with 250 supposed damage IS worth more than that... dont touch it.. last im saying on the matter LOL

    CB500's a good bike :confused:arc:

And what do you mean 'even a vfr or vtr' obviously they can there both performance bikes aimed at the track, whereas the CB is a commuter aimed at rush hour, so a VFR is hardly a comparison, and as for the VTR, christ knows why youve chucked that in as a comparison :msn1: .

Theres no 'best tool', theres simply the tool for the job. The CB does exacly what its intended to do very well, along with GS's GPZ's ER5's etc.... which is: use fuck all fuel, need fuck all maintenance, be comfy/easy to ride, be easy to work on, and be fucking cheap in the first place.

only reason i say its shit is because we get loads of them in for repairs at work and we have at least 20 of them in the garage, cant be,yes they are good for comuting but from my point of view thats ablout it.

oh and new forks for that bandit would have been 600 +vat and used would be about 250-300, just for the record

CB-500 is a fucking stonking bike, and your a twat for saying it ain't.

    As for the VTR...
Yes a litre twin can be compared to a V4 400 and a fucking CB lmao
