25ml carb help!!! Please

    ok, im gunna add to this now lol, I think you know my setup by now but ill run it past u agen; 172 kit, 25ml carb (90 main jet), 12gram rollers and gear up kit. I know the 90 jet is to small so im gunna try a 106ish, needle to the top with open air filter on, when crusin along from 0-40mph if i dont have the throttle roughly more than half open it goes almost as if its not gettin enuf petrol, so goin up to 106 should do it some good yes?. And do you think my rollers are a little light? it only reaches 85mph at a push so I was thinkin of puttin 13.5gram in would this suite the setup up better?

    jet aint helping tbh.. but work down from 106.. might well be 92 to 102 deopends on countless variables. try heavier rollers so the revs drop a little. also try playing with the idle mix an mabey lift the needle up a notch.. i doubt it tho. idle mix should trim out any initial probvlems and the drop in revs the rollers give will basicly put more resistance against the engine arlier in the revs so its not so easy to rev.. hence it will sound lean as its revving too high on the mixture its reciving. 180 belt would sort this with the original rollers and you would gain a little top end, you will loose accell tho. heavier rollers will give you more mid range grunt and a little on top.

    easy minor

    easy minor just a bit spluttery on mid throttle mixture and plug is ok but will goo thru it all again i managed to also get the blue polini springs on the malossi delta clutch but still pull off is shit so ima wack the original clutch back on the bike ate the flywheel pulley today it smoothed all the splines off of it so had to get a new one the crank splines look ok though any ideas
    also to add while im in here i got a 125 ac typhoon engine for sale complete with variator gearbox all u need is reedblock and a carb engine is £80 if anyone is intrested

    Hi, what would be the advantages of fitting a scorpion exhaust to my bike as i have one an im considering fitting it soon.

    Hi M8 The Engine is for sale although theres a situation where im in i might be doing a swap with someone for something if it dnt go down ill be in touch other parts ill have for sale is a malossi 3g adjustable clutch still got instruction book £70 typhoon 125 rear wheel £25 NRG Wheel with no tyre £15
